Kathryn has over 15 years of experience working in U.S. offshore industries, including 12 years of experience specializing in logistics, reporting, associate management, technical planning and client relations. Her background in marine aquatic ecosystems stems from work as a Fisheries Observer, Protected Species Observer, Observer Trainer, Project, and Program Management, focused in the North Atlantic. Kathryn’s management experience includes leading project teams, daily coordination of field staff, communicating with industry stakeholders, data review, report writing, managing budgets, managing subcontractors, client coordination, and the successful delivery of projects, ranging from federal, state, and commercial programs. She has regulatory and technical knowledge of operations, specializing in geophysical and geotechnical surveys, as well as pile driving and cable laying operations pertaining to renewable projects in the US Atlantic. Her professional experience spans the public and private sectors and her experience includes the development and management of permitting documents and reporting in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
