Guidelines for Media Registration
Qualified media eligible for a Complimentary Media Pass include news, trade, business, and consumer reporters, as well as freelance writers and analysts who work in energy/renewable energy and related fields and publish with recognized firms and newspapers.
Media access includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes and the industry showcase. It does not include luncheons or the Welcome Reception.

You must include the following information in your email/request for a media pass:
- Your name
- Editorial title
- Publication
- Physical address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Your business card will need to be presented at registration
Media credentials are provided for editorial purposes only. Credentials will not be issued to: those who write content for non-media websites, personal blogs, e-newsletters, membership newsletters, or contributing writers not currently under contract with a publication, publishers, corporate officers, sales, advertising, public relations, technical support staff, or any other non-editorial professionals.
