Brian is a Senior Fisheries Biologist and Operations Manager at Tetra Tech’s Portland Maine, US office. He has 29 years of professional experience and a strong background in marine impact assessment & permitting. He is a Certified Fisheries Professional (FP-C) with the American Fisheries Society. He has been involved with offshore wind in the US since 2011, and has been supporting permitting and surveys for several offshore wind projects since that time. In addition to his offshore wind experience, Brian has been heavily involved with permitting of cooling water intake/discharge structures, including offshore converter stations, and their associated impacts (entrainment of ichthyoplankton, thermal discharges) in coastal and offshore habitats throughout the U.S.
