Candida Cianci is the Director of the Review Panels Division at the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC), where she leads the management and oversight of review panel processes for federal impact assessments.
Previous to this, she held several management positions at the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission, overseeing licensing and environmental assessment for major nuclear projects and before that worked at Transport Canada on major energy projects. With over 15 years of experience in the federal public service, Candida has developed deep expertise in impact/environmental assessment, Indigenous consultation, and regulatory oversight, with a strong commitment to transparent, evidence-based decision-making.
