Joy is a Principal and Regulatory Specialist based in Maine, with over 25 years of experience. Her permitting and regulatory responsibilities include environmental planning and management of state and federal permitting, as well as strategic support for development of transmission and renewable energy projects.

Joy manages multi-disciplinary environmental services projects, with a particular focus in the past several years on offshore wind projects, including their onshore point of interconnection. She has worked on nine offshore wind projects in the northeast US, including leadership for the first project to connect to the New York grid. She serves as a Practice Lead for the Northeast US where she leads regional business development pursuits and provides regulatory direction for projects.

Joy enjoys travelling, is trying to learn Spanish, and has visited all four corners of the continental United States within the past five years.
