Sarah is an engineer and operational oceanographer supporting offshore wind worldwide from Boston, MA. Her experience in offshore site assessment spans fixed and floating projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia, through measurement campaigns, spectral wave modeling, CFD R&D, and physical model testing. She has spearheaded metocean programs with a number of developers and public-private partnerships in North America, in addition to leading the metocean dimensions of new business, development, and operational preparedness at Avangrid. She is currently on the board of directors of MARACOOS and is an industry adviser to the NOWRDC and WINDSTAR research consortia.
