Simon De Pietro is Director of DP Energy Group, a leading international renewable energy developer with projects across Ireland, the UK, Australia, and Canada. With an academic and professional background in Aerodynamics and Fluid Mechanics from the University of Liverpool and experience in industrial gas turbine development, Simon brings over 30 years of energy industry expertise. He plays a hands-on role in advancing DP Energy’s global portfolio across onshore and offshore wind, solar, storage, alternative green fuels, green liquid & gas fuels, and ocean energy developments. He has been a key force in expanding DP Energy’s presence in Canada, where the company is delivering major renewable energy projects and advancing offshore wind development through Nova East Wind, its joint venture with SBM Offshore.
