Trevor has 30 years of experience in the classification sector – covering all manner of asset types. Since 2010, he has held multiple roles within & then leading LR’s Offshore business in Canada – based in St. John’s, NL, Canada. Currently, he focuses on expanding LR’s business in the Offshore Energy sector, including traditional hydrocarbons and emerging renewable energy sources, while managing existing client relationships and ensuring successful service delivery.
His deep knowledge of the energy sector in Atlantic Canada is supported by a strong network of local connections with operators, supply chain stakeholders and regulatory/governmental agencies.
In addition, Trevor was heavily involved with the Frontier Offshore Regulatory Renewal Initiative (FORRI) led by Natural Resources Canada to institute a performance-based regulatory framework for the Canadian offshore hydrocarbon industry.
