Each year, the Marine Renewables Canada Conference brings attendees together through various networking receptions designed to foster connections and celebrate the industry’s progress. Networking Receptions at MRC 2025
Connect with colleagues and make new connections at this year’s networking receptions:
- Member Appreciation Reception – November 12, 5:30–7:00 PM at Durty Nelly’s Pub
Kick off the conference with fellow members in a casual, welcoming atmosphere. - Welcome Reception – November 13, 6:00–8:00 PM at The Cable Wharf, hosted by Invest Nova Scotia
Celebrate the official start of MRC 2025 while enjoying one of Halifax’s iconic waterfront venues. - Post-Conference Mixer – November 14, 5:00–8:00 PM at Durty Nelly’s Pub

B2B Meetings
New this year, the MRC 2025 Conference App will feature a one-on-one meeting scheduler, giving attendees full control over their B2B meetings and networking opportunities. This tool will make it easier than ever to connect with key industry players, explore collaboration opportunities, and establish meaningful business relationships—all on your own schedule.
