2021 Conference (Nov 24-25) Registration Options & Prices:

Full Delegate Registration – Includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, welcome reception, student posters, refreshment breaks & lunches (additional side-events & workshops may be extra).

Full Delegate:

Member Rate – $775 + tx
Non-Member Rate – $875 + tx

Speaker Registration (for invited speakers only)  – Includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, welcome reception, student posters, refreshment breaks & lunches (additional side-events & workshops may be extra).
– Speakers are complimentary and will be registered by conference organizers once confirmed

Student Registration (student ID required) – Includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes,  welcome reception, student posters, refreshment breaks & lunches (additional side-events & workshops may be extra).

Health & Safety:

Attendees are required to wear a mask in all indoor spaces (except when eating or drinking) and provide proof of vaccination as per Nova Scotia’s current COVID-19 directives

In addition, Nova Scotia’s Proof of Full Vaccination Policy went into effect on October 4th, 2021 and applies to “indoor and outdoor events and activities like receptions, social events, conferences that are hosted by a business or organization“. This means that all attendees to the MRC 2021 conference will be required to provide proof of full vaccination to participate. Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to and including five business days prior to the event date. A refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the event will not be accepted however substitutions are welcome.
