The Marine Renewables Canada 2026 Conference & Exhibition will take place on Level 4 of The Westin Ottawa, located at 11 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1N 9J1.

Registration for the MRC 2026 Conference & Exhibitions will open April 10, 2026 and will remain open until November 13th at 11:59 PM. Onsite registration will open 9:00 am on November 17th. 

plus iconI received an email about attendee lists or hotel bookings—how do I know if it’s legitimate?

Be aware of fraudulent emails circulating that claim to be from Marine Renewables Canada (MRC) or companies affiliated with us, offering access to conference registration lists or hotel bookings. 

 

Please note: 

  • These emails are not legitimate and are not affiliated with MRC or our conference in any way. 
  • MRC does not share personal contact information. 
  • The official attendee list will be available exclusively through the conference app, launching the last week of October. 
  • We are only working with two official hotels for conference room blocks. Any other offers or solicitations for accommodation are scams.

Yes. If you cannot pay via credit card online you can email chelsi@marinerenewables.ca to request an invoice for your registration.

The Call for Abstracts and Call for Workshops opened on March 18 and closes May 15.

All accepted submission will receive notification in July.
