Riley Richardson is a Project Manager at the University of Victoria’s PRIMED, where he works to advance marine renewable energy throughout British Columbia. His work ranges from early‑stage resource assessments to full project implementation, giving him hands‑on insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
