What does the conference registration fee include?

MRC Members receive:

What does the Exhibitor registration fee include?

Exhibitor receives:

  • 10′ by 10′ booth space
  • 8′ high black draped backwall and 3’ high draped sidewalls
  • 1 – 6’ table dressed (black) with white vinyl top and skirted on all 3 sides
  • 2 padded chairs
  • 1 110 volt, 15 amp electrical outlet
  • Company logo & profile listed on conference website and app
  • 1 complimentary full delegate registration ($1150 value)

Other Types of Registration

In addition to regular delegate conference passes, MRC 2025 also offers:

  • Press Passes: MRC welcomes media participation at MRC 2025. Registration is complimentary for accredited media members to cover MRC 2025. (Note: Media registration only provides access to the main conference. It does not include access to networking events or conference meals.)
    → All media accreditations will be subject to a manual approval process by our staff.
    → Contact Amanda White at amanda@marinerenewables.ca to register for a press pass.
  • Speaker Passes: All invited speakers will receive information on how to register by conference staff.

We’ve been made aware of fraudulent emails circulating that claim to be from Marine Renewables Canada (MRC) or companies affiliated with us, offering access to conference registration lists or hotel bookings.

Please note:

  • These emails are not legitimate and are not affiliated with MRC or our conference in any way.
  • MRC does not share personal contact information.
  • The official attendee list will be available exclusively through the conference app, launching the last week of October.
  • We are only working with two official hotels for conference room blocks. Any other offers or solicitations for accommodation are scams.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to and including five business days prior to the event date. A refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the event will not be accepted however, substitutions are welcome.
