Anntonette Zembrzuska, JD

Anntonette Zembrzuska, JD, is Vice President of Strategic Growth at INSPIRE Environmental, a Venterra Group company specializing in marine environmental science and technology. She works at the intersection of science, policy, and business strategy, helping expand INSPIRE’s environmental services across the offshore energy sector in North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Anntonette helps lead INSPIRE’s growth in the offshore energy sector, drawing on the company’s extensive experience supporting the development of offshore wind in the United States. A key part of that work is advancing the use of Sediment Profile Imaging and Plan View (SPI/PV), a rapid, high-resolution approach to understanding seafloor conditions that can provide actionable environmental information throughout the project lifecycle. INSPIRE has deployed SPI/PV across more than 70% of U.S. offshore wind lease areas, building one of the industry’s most extensive bodies of experience applying the technology to offshore wind. Anntonette is now helping bring that experience to Canada and other emerging offshore energy markets, working with developers, regulators, Indigenous organizations, and industry partners to identify practical approaches to environmental characterization, permitting, monitoring, and responsible development.
