Doug is a naval architect and marine engineer with a background in systems integration and platform structural design spanning a range of materials and manufacturing methods including composites, plastics, and metallic structures. At Kelson, he leverages past system prototyping experience in combination with Kelson’s ocean engineering of dynamic floating systems to aid Marine Renewable Energy technology developers advance their novel concepts and get them working in the water.
