Jordy uzio

Jordy Uzio is a Marine Consultant specializing in offshore wind projects, with over eight years of experience in the energy industry. Across a career spanning oil and gas engineering (Total), soil remediation research (Harvard University), and offshore wind consulting (Fugro), he has built a skill set combining technical expertise, commercial acumen, and international collaboration. He currently works alongside geoscientists and geotechnical engineers on offshore oil and gas and windfarm projects, integrating geophysical, geological, and geotechnical data through Quantitative Integrated Ground Models to evaluate marine geohazards and characterize seafloor and sub-seafloor conditions. Jordy has interpreted geotechnical datasets (CPTs, PS logging, GR, etc.), 2-D and 3-D seismic, side scan sonar, sub-bottom profiler, and multibeam bathymetry data from the North Sea and the North and South American Atlantic coasts. He specializes in integrated site characterization projects and contributes to commercial strategy aimed at expanding offshore wind into new markets. He works closely with clients and industry stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and build lasting partnerships.
