With over two decades of experience in academia and workforce development, Kim’s mission centers on aligning education with industry needs to empower individuals and organizations. Kim holds a Master of Education focused on curriculum design and the adult learner from Queens University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dalhousie University.
