Luca Barbetti has over 16 years of experience in the blue energy sector, contributing to the development of more than 35 GW of offshore wind capacity and over 4,000 km of subsea power cables and interconnectors. He has supported developers, contractors, transmission system operators, and government institutions across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and FEED to installation, commissioning, and operations. His expertise includes offshore wind, subsea power cables, interconnectors, cable routing, marine surveys, offshore infrastructure engineering and ocean energy projects. Luca has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex international projects across Europe and the APAC regions.
