Paul has 39 years of experience in the design of offshore and subsea structures across civil, structural, and mechanical engineering. For the last 25 years he has focused on the design and installation of subsea systems, with growing involvement in the offshore wind and marine renewables sectors. Paul has represented Orcina in North America since 2001, providing local technical support and training to OrcaFlex and OrcaWave users across the region.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree and an engineering doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, and is both a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas and a Chartered Engineer in the UK.
